From initial concept to market launch, 3D models play a central role across the entire product development process. Design for Manufacturing (DfM) is a key factor in ensuring efficient, production-ready designs and smooth transition into manufacturing.

 

Our design engineers combine state-of-the-art engineering methods with extensive industrial experience in high-volume production.

 

As a result, you receive fully developed, production-ready documentation, including drawings for products, assemblies, and components with clearly defined specifications for materials, machining, dimensions, and tolerances, as well as outputs from supplier coordination. The 3D data is created using established CAD systems such as CATIA V5/V6.

 

We provide end-to-end support throughout the development process, including the build-up of functional prototypes and pre-production models.
